A little tip for a mini-cardio work out at home if you have stairs:
Every time you need you use the restroom, run up and down the stairs ten times then do 100 jumping jacks before using the restroom. And don’t go to the bathroom until you’ve finished the work out! I have to pee like every 20 minutes so doing this will benefit me. Also it’s good to challenge yourself by going up and down the stairs 5 more times, and doing 25 additional jumping jacks every two days or so.
LOVE this idea!

Please tell me how lifting is making me bulky. :)
Be informed about what you’re buying.
The product’s ingredients must be listed in order of quantity, so the major ones come first. When checking a label on bread, for instance, you want to see that the first ingredient is whole wheat, oats, or some other grain. (x)
